Wow! Spring is Here and Summer right behind!
I'm excited about the changes I see in my local real estate markets as well as across the country! Even though the Tax Credit is history, there are tons of buyers that are super tired of waiting and waiting to Buy! Interest rates are Still Really LOW and there's plenty of inventory to choose from! Prices are great and more & more foreclosed and bank-owned properties are available DAILY!
